With over 25 years experience working as an HR specialist, I have successfully delivered projects around organisation design, M&A (TUPE), large scale redundancies, performance design, culture & ee engagement, as well as leadership and employee development. I previously held board level HR Director roles where I was responsible for the HR function covering 3000 employees across UK, Ireland, Denmark and Sweden. I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a mental health first aider and a registered practitioner in Thomas and Hogan psychometric tools.
